1995 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ankara \u00dcniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fak\u00fcltesi Kamu Y\u00f6netimi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc bitirdi. 1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Kaymakam Adayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131nav\u0131n\u0131 kazanarak 85. D\u00f6nem Konya Kaymakam Aday\u0131 olarak meslek hayat\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n
1998 y\u0131l\u0131nda 8 ay s\u00fcreyle \u0130ngiltere'ye gitti. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda Milli G\u00fcvenlik Akademisinden mezun oldu. Aksaray-G\u00fcla\u011fa\u00e7, Erzurum-Tekman, Nev\u015fehir-Derinkuyu, Bitlis-Adilcevaz ve K\u0131r\u015fehir-Kaman \u0130l\u00e7elerinde Kaymakaml\u0131k, \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Personel Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131. TBMM\u2019de \u00d6zel Kalem M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Ba\u015fkan Ba\u015fm\u00fc\u015favirli\u011fi g\u00f6revlerinde bulundu.<\/p>\n
2007 Y\u0131l\u0131nda Sel\u00e7uk \u00dcniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Kamu Y\u00f6netimi ve Siyaset Bilimi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde Y\u00fcksek Lisans \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda da Ankara \u00dcniversitesi \u0130lahiyat Fak\u00fcltesini bitirdi.<\/p>\n
